Return Process

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your leather items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from creases or scratches.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
